The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers and updates suggest that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) and Steffy Forrester Finnegan’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) next surprise might be on the way.

Will Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) advocate for Sheila Sharpe’s (Kimberlin Brown) acceptance by her family and show how much her feelings have changed?

Li And Sheila Were Once Bitter Enemies, Li Despised Sheila

There was a time when Li hated Sheila more than anyone else. Finn and Steffy nearly faced a terrible fate in the alley behind Il Giardino because of Sheila, so Li had every reason to hold a grudge forever.

B&B fans also remember how Sheila chased Li in a car, leading to an explosion that traumatized Li and almost took her out of the picture.

It was hard to believe Li would ever accept Sheila, let alone become friends with her. However, that seems to be happening as Sheila and Li are becoming friends who support one another.

Their Mutual Granddaughter Luna Has Brought The Two Women Together
The entire situation with Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) has brought Li and Sheila closer, leading to fans reacting to their unusual bond. It still seems odd for Li to be offering support and treating Sheila’s flaws as if they are no different from anyone else’s.

Li did raise an eyebrow when Sheila hinted at killing Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) if anything inappropriate occurred with Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan).

However, Li appeared to trust Sheila when she claimed it was merely a figure of speech and that she was no longer that person. As Li continues to connect with Sheila more each day, could she eventually advocate for Sheila?

Li Might Try to Arrange Time For Sheila To Visit The Grandchildren, At Least Hayes!
If this trend continues, Li might try to arrange some time for Sheila with Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Bryan David Garlick) and Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras). Li has faced criticism for her actions concerning Luna, but she hopes to mend her relationship with Finn and move on.

Perhaps Li will ultimately contend that Sheila deserves a chance to do the same and see the grandchildren as well.-both Finn and Steffy may be surprised by Li’s change in attitude towards Sheila.

Li is likely the last person Steffy and Finn expected to defend Sheila or support her in any way. Still, that might be exactly what Li will do – at least if Sheila can keep herself out of trouble long enough!
