GH Tuesday, October 28 | ABC General Hospital 10-28-2025 Spoilers

SPOILER ALERT: “General Hospital – October 28, 2025”

The movie opens with a haunting montage of Port Charles just before dawn — the city still and quiet, the hospital lights flickering in the distance like stars that never sleep. The camera pans through the corridors of General Hospital, where lives intersect, hearts break, and secrets are kept under lock and key.

Tuesday, October 28 begins like any other day in Port Charles… but by nightfall, everything will change.

The first act centers on Anna Devane, haunted and restless. She stands by her window, clutching a file that could expose a decades-old crime. The truth inside could destroy people she once trusted — and save those she loves. Her eyes are tired, her resolve unshaken. But as she prepares to turn the file over to the authorities, her phone buzzes with a message that chills her to the core:

“If you tell anyone… he dies.”

The text is anonymous, but Anna knows exactly who it’s about — Valentin Cassadine. Her pulse quickens. Somewhere out there, someone has turned her pursuit of justice into a deadly game.

Meanwhile, across town, Sonny Corinthos stands on the docks, looking out over the water as the fog rolls in. The storm that’s been brewing inside him for weeks — betrayal, loyalty, and vengeance — is reaching its breaking point. He’s learned that someone close has been feeding information to his enemies.

As the sound of waves crashes against the pier, Dex Heller appears, nervous, uncertain. Sonny’s voice is calm, too calm. “You know what I can’t stand, Dex?” he says, staring into the distance. “A liar.”

Dex swallows hard. “Sonny, I didn’t—”

But Sonny cuts him off. “Don’t. I already know.”

The music swells. The tension between them is electric, each word like a trigger waiting to be pulled. Sonny’s not sure if he’s about to lose a soldier or a son figure. Dex, desperate, begs for one last chance to prove his loyalty — and Sonny, torn between instinct and emotion, finally lowers the metaphorical gun.

“You get one chance,” he says quietly. “Don’t waste it.”

Inside the hospital, Elizabeth Webber tends to a patient in critical condition — a young man found unconscious near the docks. The details are murky, but when she sees the tattoo on his wrist, her heart skips a beat. It’s the same symbol tied to a case Jason Morgan once investigated — a case thought long closed.

Jason arrives moments later, his expression dark and determined. “Where’d you find him?”

Liz hesitates. “Near Pier 52. He shouldn’t even be alive.”

Jason looks at the patient, recognition flickering in his eyes. “That’s not possible,” he murmurs.

The patient — still unidentified — becomes the silent centerpiece of the day’s chaos, linking several storylines together. As the doctors fight to keep him alive, whispers ripple through the hospital: the past isn’t as buried as everyone thought.

Elsewhere, Carly Spencer faces her own battle. At Kelly’s, she receives a visit from Josslyn, who’s been keeping her own secret — one involving Adam, a friend whose troubling behavior has gone too far. Carly, always the mother bear, listens carefully, realizing that her daughter’s friend might be in deeper danger than anyone imagined.

“You can’t save everyone,” Carly warns gently.

Josslyn shakes her head. “But someone has to try.”

The scene fades as Carly watches her daughter leave, fear clouding her face — the look of a woman who’s seen too many tragedies begin this way.

In another part of town, Nina Reeves stands outside the Metro Court balcony, her wedding ring glinting in the sunlight. She’s just learned a devastating truth — one that could destroy her fragile reconciliation with Sonny. Someone has exposed her secret: she’s the one who tipped off the SEC months ago, setting off a chain of betrayals that nearly tore Port Charles apart.

As she stares out over the city, tears filling her eyes, she whispers, “It was supposed to fix everything.”

But there’s no fixing what’s coming. Sonny’s forgiveness — if it comes at all — will come at a price she’s not ready to pay.

By evening, the hospital becomes the epicenter of chaos once more. The mystery patient flatlines. Doctors rush in, alarms blaring. Jason watches helplessly as the monitors flicker, his mind spinning. The name on the patient’s bracelet flashes in the dim light — a name connected to his past, one he thought was dead forever.

Anna races through the corridors at that exact moment, file still in hand. Valentin’s life is on the line — and the message warning her suddenly feels prophetic.

Everything collides in the final act — the secrets, the lies, the betrayals.

The storm outside mirrors the one within. Thunder crashes. Anna’s phone rings again. This time, the voice on the other end says coldly:

“You chose wrong.”

The camera pans to the hospital’s rooftop, where a figure watches from the shadows — unseen, waiting, patient.
